Hormone care for women, thoughtfully matched to you

Understand what is happening in perimenopause and menopause, and leave with a plan built around your symptoms and labs.

Who this is for

A good fit if you…
  • are noticing hot flashes, night sweats, poor sleep, mood changes, brain fog or low desire
  • are in perimenopause or menopause and want a clinician who listens
  • want your symptoms and labs reviewed together
Not the right fit if…
  • are pregnant or trying to conceive
  • have unexplained vaginal bleeding that has not been evaluated
  • need urgent or emergency care. Please call 911

Your options, in plain English

  • Education first: what perimenopause versus menopause means for you
  • Lab review matched to your symptoms
  • Bioidentical hormone options discussed, including who they suit and who they do not
  • Non-hormonal and lifestyle support where that is the better choice

Nothing is chosen for you. Options are reviewed together, with costs, so you can decide what feels right.

How it works

  1. Book a consultation ($125). Reserve online in minutes.
  2. Meet Jennifer by secure video. Share your history, symptoms and goals.
  3. Leave with a clear plan. Options and costs are reviewed with you.
  4. Stay with the same provider. Follow-ups go back to Jennifer, with phone access and call-backs when you need them.

Safety, honestly

Hormone therapy is not right for everyone. Your history (including breast, clot, liver and heart history) and labs are reviewed first, and treatment is never automatic. Symptoms can overlap with thyroid and other conditions, so we look at the whole picture. Timelines vary; follow-up lets us adjust.

Questions we hear

Is this perimenopause or menopause?

Perimenopause is the transition, often with irregular cycles. Menopause is 12 months without a period. Symptoms and labs help clarify where you are.

Are bioidentical hormones safe?

They carry benefits and risks like any hormone therapy. We review your personal risk and discuss whether they suit you.

How long until I feel better?

It varies. Many people check in within several weeks, and your plan is adjusted with follow-up.

Do I need labs?

Often helpful. We decide together what is useful.

What does the consultation cost?

The consultation is $125. If a prescription is appropriate, medication options and pricing are discussed with you before you decide. Nothing is automatic.

Will I see the same provider each time?

Yes. You work with Jennifer, who knows your history. Questions and follow-ups come back to her, and you can call 951-898-8515 or request a call-back.
