Testosterone care for men, with two clear tracks

Low energy, mood or drive? Start with proper labs and a conversation, then choose the path that fits your goals, including fatherhood.

Who this is for

A good fit if you…
  • have symptoms such as fatigue, low drive, low mood, or loss of muscle
  • want labs reviewed by a clinician, not a questionnaire
  • want to know the option that protects fertility
Not the right fit if…
  • are being treated for prostate or breast cancer
  • have untreated severe sleep apnea or very high red blood cell counts
  • want testosterone without baseline labs and monitoring

Your options, in plain English

  • Track 1, traditional testosterone replacement (TRT): replaces testosterone directly. It can lower sperm production and may affect fertility.
  • Track 2, fertility-preserving care: approaches that aim to support your own testosterone production while protecting fertility. Best if you want children now or later.
  • Not yet: sleep, weight, medication and lifestyle review when labs say treatment is not the answer

Nothing is chosen for you. Options are reviewed together, with costs, so you can decide what feels right.

How it works

  1. Book a consultation ($125). Reserve online in minutes.
  2. Meet Jennifer by secure video. Share your history, symptoms and goals.
  3. Leave with a clear plan. Options and costs are reviewed with you.
  4. Stay with the same provider. Follow-ups go back to Jennifer, with phone access and call-backs when you need them.

Safety, honestly

Diagnosis requires symptoms plus repeat morning labs. Baseline labs come first, and monitoring continues (typically blood work at set intervals, such as red blood cell count and hormone levels). Testosterone therapy has risks, which are reviewed with you. Nothing is automatic.

Questions we hear

Will testosterone affect fertility?

Traditional TRT can reduce sperm count, sometimes significantly. If fertility matters, tell us; that is what Track 2 is for.

What labs are needed?

Typically morning testosterone and related markers, repeated for confirmation. We guide you.

How often are follow-ups?

Usually after starting and at regular intervals afterward, with labs.

Can I just ask for a prescription?

Not without a visit and labs. Safety comes first.

What does the consultation cost?

The consultation is $125. If a prescription is appropriate, medication options and pricing are discussed with you before you decide. Nothing is automatic.

Will I see the same provider each time?

Yes. You work with Jennifer, who knows your history. Questions and follow-ups come back to her, and you can call 951-898-8515 or request a call-back.
